Thank you so much for the invite, but this is but another rude awakening that this momma ain't in her 20s anymore (hasn't been for a long while now), because flying out would mean leaving the babies and a lot of responsibilities behind.

Whenever it was NYFW, I would always try to be in town for it. I love the energy in the City, but truth be told, there are some parties I would have wanted to attend. Like this one: Kelly Wearstler's Rhapsody Book Party. I'm a big fan of Kelly's design work.

Since I can't be there, I'll just virtually be present. So this is me, raising my glass, gyrating to Borderline. Huh? What do you mean that song isn't hip anymore and they didn't play it? Anyway, here are some photos from the party.

Inspired by the popularity of her blog, "My Vibe, My Life," KELLY WEARSTLER: RHAPSODY follows Wearstler – also known for her striking personal style -- behind the scenes to watch her at work, whether creating sculpture at her metal foundry or shopping at auction houses, to reveal the myriad inspirations that fuel her imagination and her dazzling design work.
